Small Group Discipleship
"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Acts 2:42
Believers grow best when they are learning in community! That’s the driving idea behind our Connect @ Home ministry. These groups exist to provide environments for followers of Christ to study the word, to pray and fellowship together. The Scripture says that the result of them meeting together in this was that they were "praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
Connect @ Home groups will meet in various communities with a wide variety of leaders. Most will meet on Sundays during the time when programs are offered for our children (5:45-7:30pm). Other groups will meet on other days of the week.
It is our desire to see all adults involved in community life AND discipleship. Please give this a try. It will help us to get beyond the 4 walls of our building and out into the neighborhoods surrounding us- a living, visible picture of the Church in action!
We currently have 10 groups that will be meeting on Sunday while kids are at IGNITE or Heartbeat. The locations for these groups include: Highland Village, Dunbarton, Tartan Hills, and Broadsword (all in New Braemar), Old Braemar, Ashley Ridge, New Bristow Village, Saybrook, Victory Lakes and Bridlewood. We have 2 groups that will be meeting on Thursday nights, one is for folks who don't need childcare and the other is family friendly.

If you have children participating in IGNITE for kids (Infant-Grade 5) on Sunday evenings, pre-registration is required. Please CLICK HERE to pre-register each of your participating children.
